文科大学生就业难的原因与对策

摘　　要：文科大学生就业难的原因主要是用人单位和文科大学生在认识上存在偏差。为破解这个难题,用人单位要高度重视软实力竞争,并对文科大学生素质培养提出明确、合理的要求;高校要解决教育内容与社会需要脱节问题,提高教学质量;政府,社会和有关方面要齐抓共管,为文科大学生就业创业创造条件;文科大学生要提高就业竞争力。The main reason for the liberal arts＇ students＇ difficulty in seeking jobs is the deviation among cognition existing between employers and liberal arts students.In order to solve the problem,employers should attach importance to the competition of soft power,and put forward clear and reasonable requirements for the cultivation of liberal arts students,while university should promote teaching quality,in the meantime,government,society and university should create conditions for students to seek employment.
