摘　　要：肌动蛋白是细胞骨架的主要组成成分,cofilin作为肌动蛋白结合蛋白中的一种,对肌动蛋白活性起到重要调节作用。cofilin广泛分布于各组织中,在多种细胞中表达,如平滑肌细胞、癌细胞、神经细胞等等。在很多疾病的发生于发展中起着非常重要的作用,这些疾病都与影响细胞骨架的蛋白相联系。近年来cofilin作为靶蛋白已逐渐成为研究肿瘤转移、生殖系统疾病、神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病等的研究热点。本文系统的对cofilin与疾病的相关性做一综述。Actin is the major component of cytoskeleton, which plays a very important role in tumor cell migration. As a key member of acfin-binding proteins, cofilin has a significant effect on regulation of actin filament polymerization and depolymerization. Cofilin is widely distributed in various tissues and expressed in many kinds of cells, such as smooth cells, cancer cells, nerve cells, etc. Cofilin plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many diseases which are linked to the cytoskeleton proteins. In recent years, as the target protein, cofilin has gradually become a hot spot, such as metastasis, reproductive system diseases, nervous system diseases, circulatory diseases, etc. This review is about the correlation between cofilin and diseases.
