摘 要:针对目前供暖系统普遍存在循环流量偏大、能耗较高的问题,提出了一种以热源变流量调节为主的供暖运行方式,阐述了气候补偿控制技术在循环水泵变频调节中的工作原理,并通过节能对比试验验证了其节能效果。介绍了供暖气候补偿变频控制器的硬件组成及控制流程,以及在供暖系统中的实际应用情况。In order to solve the prevalent problems of heating system, such as larger circular flow and higher energy consumption, a heating operation mode is proposed, which is mainly based on the adjustment of heating variable flow; And the operation theory of weather compensation control technology in the frequency regulation of water circulating pump is illustrated, whose energy-saving effect was put to the proof through the experiment of energy-saving comparison. The hardware components and the control flow of weather compensation frequencyvariable controller in heating system are expounded, as well as the practical application in heating system.
