国外供热计量技术发展应用状况分析

摘　　要：对丹麦、波兰、德国3个国家的供热计量技术发展应用状况进行了分析比较,着重分析了热计量技术发展应用背景、热计量的法规、热计量装置应用与检测、收费方式等。通过比较为我国供热计量收费制度的改革与发展提供参考。The development of heat metering technique in three countries, including Germany, Denmark and Poland, are analyzed and compared. It analyzed five aspects, containing the application of heat metering technology background, heat metering laws, application of heat metering devices and testing, and charging methods, proposing reference for Chinese reform and development on the heat metering and charging system by comparing.
