摘　　要：本文旨在介绍水轮发电机组增容改造的方法和主要途径。通过三个老电站增容改造成功的事例，说明对发电机组增容改造不但可以提高老机组的发电能力，而且可以创造巨大的经济效益。This paper is intended to present the ways and methods to up-rate and rebuild bydroelectricgenerating units. Successful examples of three old power plants show that the generating ability of old unitscan be enhanced and great profit can be created by way of up-rating and rebuilding the units.
