摘　　要：随着Web2.0技术的不断发展,富客户端应用开发正逐渐取代传统的Web开发成为当前技术的热点。作者介绍了Cairngorm框架的整体架构,提出改进了的Cairngorm框架在Flex开发中的事件流机制,并应用于无线网络管理平台的设计与开发。详细演示了基于Cairngorm框架开发富客户端的流程,取得了良好的效果。With the development of Web2.0,Rich Internet Applications（RIA）,which replaced the traditional Web development,has gradually become the hotspot of modern technology.Cairngorm framework is introduced firstly in this essay.The event mechanism of improved Cairngorm framework in Flex is given and it applies to the design and development of sputnik.The process of RIA based on Cairngorm is demonstrated in detail and it gets good effect.
