甲型H1N1流感患者及疑似患者在隔离期间的心理状态调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲型H1N1流感患者及疑似患者在隔离期间的心理状态,为制定相应的护理措施提供依据。方法对2009年5月26日至10月23日我院收治的19例甲型H1N1流感患者及86例甲型H1N1流感疑似患者的心理状态进行调查分析。结果甲型H1N1流感患者及疑似患者在隔离期间存在的主要心理状态是:紧张、焦虑、恐惧、担忧、孤独感和无聊。结论新型暴发性传染病对患者的心理影响较大,采取相应措施,加强对患者的心理疏导,保持良好的心理状态,有利于疾病的预防与康复。Objective To discuss the psychological state of the patients with H1N1 and the suspected patients in isolation period so as to provide the bases to make out correlated nursing measures. Methods An investigation and an analysis were made to the psychological state of 19 eases with H1 N1 and 86 suspected patients hospitalized from May 26,2009 to October 23,2009 in the isolation period. Results The patients with H1N1 and the suspected patients in the isolation period mainly suffered psychologically from stress, anxiety,fear,worry,loneliness and boredom. Conclusions Infective outbreak diseases have great impact on the psychological state of the patients ; it will be good for prevention and recovery for the patients to take correlated measures and to strengthen the psychological guidance of the patients for keeping a better psychological state.
