钇-铕-司帕沙星-十二烷基硫酸钠稀土共发光体系的研究

摘　　要：利用荧光光谱法研究了钇-铕-司帕沙星(SPFX)-十二烷基硫酸钠体系的稀土共发光效应,确定了最佳形成条件,并对其作用机理进行了探讨,提出了测定司帕沙星的荧光分光光度法。结果表明,共发光体系的荧光强度与司帕沙星的浓度在5.0×10-8mol.L-1～8.0×10-6mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为2.0×10-8mol.L-1。采用标准加入法测定了药物制剂和尿样中的SPFX,结果令人满意。In this study,the co-luminescence effect of Y3＋-Eu3＋-sparfloxacin（SPFX）-sodium dodecyl sulfonate（SDS） system was studied and the luminescence mechanism of the system was discussed.Based on the co-luminescence effect,a fluorescent method for the determination of SPFX has been proposed.The effects of various factors on the system were investigated in detail.Under optimum conditions,a linear relationship was obtained between the fluorescence intensity and the SPFX concentration in the range of 5.0×10-8 mol/L～8.0×10-6 mol/L.The detection limit of SPFX was 2.0×10-8 mol/L.This system was used for the determination of SPFX in the tablet and urine sample with satisfying results.
