摘 要:开展了稀土(RE)对镍磷化学镀层水电解电极制氢效率影响的实验,探讨了稀土对化学镀过程及镀层性质(镀层组成、镀层表面耐腐蚀性能)的影响,考察了单一或混合La、Ce对电解水制氢效率的影响状况。证实了在镀液中加入少量稀土能够显著提高镀速以及镀层电极的水电解效率,而且镧比铈更有效。并从RE对镀层Ni的电子状态的影响等新的角度出发,做出了新的机理解释。Study of elevation of water electrolysis efficiency based on Ni-P/RE electrode gained by chemical plating has been conducted.The result proves that efficiency of water electrolysis of the electrode is greatly advanceed when a few of REs are added in plating tank.It points that La appened in the tank is more effective than Ce.Besides that,this article illustrates positive impact of RE on process of plating as well as effect of RE on the composition of the plating and corrosion resistance of surface of the coating.Furthermore,individual RE and compound of La and Ce have affected on efficiency of hydrogen production by water electrolysis process.Finally,a new mechanism has been presented in a new angle being established in effect of RE on electron state of Ni plating.
