摘 要:由于极端气候条件的破坏,通信通道受损,会导致纵联主保护退出运行,因而严重危及主电网的安全稳定运行。针对极端自然灾害状态下通信通道被损毁的情况,提出了一种利用健全通信链路、通过迂回方式进行继电保护信道重构的新技术。研究了迂回通信方式的原理,提出了一种基于最短路径的迂回路由算法。结果表明,信道重构技术可以提高继电保护抵御各种自然灾害的能力。Under conditions of the damage of communication channels caused by extreme climates,the pilot main protection system may be out of service,and even the safe and steady operation of the mains may be threatened seriously.A new method on the reconstruction of relaying protection communication channels was proposed to suit for such circumstance.Messages were transmitted through undamaged links in roundabout ways.A circuitous routing algorithm based on shortest path was proposed following the roundabout communication theory.The reconstruction technology of communication channels was beneficial to enhancing the ability of relaying protection from various nature disasters.
