异甘草酸镁注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察异甘草酸镁注射液（商品名：天晴甘美）治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组81例给予异甘草酸镁注射液150mg加入5％～10％葡萄糖溶液中静脉滴注，对照组65例给予复方甘草酸苷注射液（商品名：美能）80mL加入5％～10％葡萄糖溶液中静脉滴注，两组均给药1次／d，血清ALT、AST正常后逐渐减量，疗程4wk。观察项目包括症状、体征及肝功能变化，并随时注意药物不良反应。结果两组患者的症状、体征均有明显改善，但两组比较无明显差异。治疗组丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）的恢复速度明显优于对照组。在本组病例的观察中，治疗组未发生明显不良反应，对照组发生2例不良反应。结论异甘草酸镁注射液可明显改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床症状和肝功能指标，临床使用安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical chronic hepatitis B. Methods The 81 hepatitis efficacy of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of sufferers were enrolled and treated with 150mg Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate （TianQingGanMei） added into 250ml 5%-10% glucose injection liquid. 65 hepatitis sufferers as control group were treated with 80ml Compound Isoglycyrrhizinate （MeiNeng） added into 250ml 5%-10% glucose injection liquid. When ALT and AST were normal, less medicine were given to the patients. I.V. drip once a day for 4 weeks. Symptoms signs, hepatic function and drug reactions were monitored all time Results The level of ALT dropped more rapidly than that in control group, but no significant difference in symptoms recover was observed. No severe side-effects in Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate group were identified, which happened to 2 cases in control group. Conclusions Clinic symptom and liver function index can be improved after treatment with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection in chronic hepatitis sufferers with no side reactions.
