摘　　要：目的:确保升级改造后的医院信息系统安全有效平稳运行。方法:运用项目管理理论的风险管理方法,对医院信息系统进行风险识别,通过总结以往的经验,针对出现的问题,建立风险管理计划,强化风险意识,采取积极有效的风险应对措施。结果:医院信息网络安全、持久运行,医院信息数据准确、可靠。结论:只有从管理、技术、服务3方面入手才能保障医院信息系统全面、长期处于较高的安全水平,从而保障医疗和管理工作的顺利开展。Objective To keep hospital information system running safely and effectively after being upgraded.Methods Using an approach of risk management of project management theory,management plan was worked out and positive and effective measures are taken to address the problems arising through identifying the risk of hospital information system and summarizing past experience.Results The hospital information network keeps running safely and continuously with correct and reliable data provided.Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of the hospital information system can only be ensured from enhancement of the following three aspects：management,technology and services.
