摘　　要：探讨了在多层螺旋CT中飞焦点采集和共轭采集2种数据采集的方法和原理,使用这2种技术能得到数据的加倍采集,有效提高CT数据采样率1倍,从而使64排螺旋CT的探测器获得了128层采样数据,为CT的临床应用提供了更加优质的图像,为螺旋CT拓展了发展空间。The working principles of the flying focal spot technology and the conjugate acquisition technology with Multi-slices helical CT（MSCT） are introduced.The technologies can double the quantity of the acquired data which enables the 64 rows detector CT to acquire 128 slices data and to provide a more high-quality images for CT clinical application.The technologies expand the development space for spiral CT.
