摘　　要：系统研究了OLYMPUS AU640自动生化分析仪的工作原理和分析过程,从样品针、搅拌针、比色杯及试剂针4个方面具体分析了交叉污染产生的原因,其对评价生化分析仪仪器性能、合理设定检测项目顺序有一定的借鉴意义。The working principle and process of the OLYMPUS au640 automatic biochemistry analyzer is studied systematically.The causes of cross-contamination are analyzed in detail from four aspects as sample probe,mixing bar,cuvette and reagent probe.The results are useful references for evaluating the function of automatic biochemical analyzer and sequencing the testing item rationally.
