摘 要:以4种不同类型滴灌带为材料,在田间测定不同压力条件下滴灌带管末压力损耗变化和单孔出水量变化,不同压力、滴孔间距和管壁厚度对滴灌带灌水均匀度的影响。结果表明:随管入口压力增强,滴灌带压力损耗均增大,以D型滴灌带损耗最大;单孔流量随压力增强也增大,在相同压力条件下D型滴灌带单孔流量明显高于其他3种滴灌带;灌水均匀度随入口压力增强而升高,随滴孔间距增大先升高后降低,随管壁厚度增加而升高。4种滴灌带灌水均匀度以C型最高(Eu>98%),受入口压力变化影响小;B型居中,A型和D型较低;在生产实际中应根据田间实际情况,确定适宜的滴灌系统工作压力,选择适宜滴孔间距和管壁厚度的滴灌带,提高灌水均匀度,降低运行成本。Using four kinds of drip irrigation belt as the material, the authors study the changes of pipe pressure loss and single-hole discharges under different pressure, and the influence of pressures, drip-hole distance and belt thickness on irrigation uniformity. The result shows that the pressure losses of each kind drip irrigation belt increases with the increase of tube inlet pressure, and the D-type drip irrigation belt had the greatest loss. The discharge of single hole increases with the increase of pressure, too. While the discharge of single hole of the D-type drip irrigation belt is significantly higher than other three kinds under same pressure. The irri- gation uniformity increases with the increase of tube inlet pressure, increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of drop-hole distance, and increases with the increase of drip irrigation belt thickness. Among the 4 kinds, the C-Type has the best irrigation uni- formity and the influence of the inlet pressure change on irrigation uniformity is low, the following in turn is B-type, A-type and D- type. In practical application, the appropriate system pressure should be determined and the appropriate drop-hole distance and wall thickness of drip irrigation type should be selected according to the field condition to improve irrigation uniformity and reduce invest- ment and operational costs.
