摘　　要：在图书设备采购招标过程中,准确设计评标要素及评价方法是保证设备采购质量和提高经费使用效益的关键环节。结合图书设备的性能特点及其市场特征,充分量化、细化各种考量因素,使综合评价时所采用的评分标准能准确体现图书馆设备的要求。Accuracy design of evaluation elements and assessment methods is the key link in the process of equipment procurement of the library.Through this way the quality of the equipment and the efficient usage of the expenditure can be guaranteed.With the consideration of the features of book equipment and the characteristic of the market,it is of great necessary to make quantization and tessellate of various elements to show the requirement of library facilities accurately by the standard evaluation method adopted in the comprehensive evaluation process.
