摘 要:在小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris,C.vulgaris)生长周期的第7、8、93天分次添加无机碲(Na2TeO3),维持碲剂量(χTe:以单位生物量C.vulgaris的加碲量为碲剂量)为0.25~1.00,进行富碲培养。观察不同剂量处理组中小球藻对无机碲的富集转化及最终生物量、水溶性蛋白含量、抗氧化酶活性的变化情况。结果表明,χTe为1.00时碲产量高达67.79mg/g,其中有机碲产量为18.62mg/g;富碲C.vulgaris的生物量和水溶性蛋白都有明显增加,即控制剂量在1.00以内可维持甚至促进C.vulgaris的生长。分次加碲法是小球藻高值化处理的有效途径。The cultivation of high tellurium(Te)-enriched Chlorella vulgaris(C.vulgaris)was achieved by using a stepwise Te addition method,in which Te was added in the 7th,8th and 9th days of the cell growth cycle,and Te doses(χTe)were kept constant at 0.25-1.00.The changes in biomass,water-soluble protein,antioxidant enzymes,Te accumulation and transformation in C.vulgaris were also investigated.The results indicate that the high Te-enriched C.vulgaris with a total Se content of 67.79mg/g and organic Te content of 18.62mg/g could be obtained with the χTe at 1.00.Moreover,stimulative effects in biomass and water-soluble protein were observed in all treatment groups by comparing with the control groups.In conclusion,the stepwise Te addition method was an effective means to achieve high value application of C.vulgaris.
