摘  要:将18头约60kg的杜长大三元杂交猪随机分为2个处理组,分别饲喂基础日粮和试验日粮,试验日粮为基础日粮中添加吡啶羧酸铬,铬在日粮中的添加浓度为200μg·kg^-1。在体重大约90kg时屠宰,并且进行基因表达和肉质测定、H-FABP基因分型及其与肉质性状的关联分析。结果表明:(1)H-FABP基因型对肌内脂肪和大理石花纹存在显著影响(p〈0.05),Dd基因型具有最高的肌内脂肪含量和大理石花纹得分,分别为2.358%和1.919;(2)铬营养素对肌内脂肪含量、大理石花纹和基因表达量有显著的影响(p〈0.05),与对照组相比分别提高16.49%、19.19%和52.94%;(3)H-FABP基因和铬营养的交互作用对肌内脂肪含量有显著的影响(p〈0.05),试验组DD基因型肌内脂肪含量为2.537%,与对照组DD基因型肌内脂肪含量相比提高了20.24%,提高幅度最大。试验结果表明,铬能够显著提高肌肉组织H-FABP基因表达量,提高肌内脂肪含量和大理石花纹,在改善肉质的研究中应同时考虑遗传和营养效应。18 DLY pigs(60 kg) were randomly divided into two dietary treatments without or with 200μg·kg^-1 of Cr from chromium picolinate.All pigs were slaughtered when their weights were about 90 kg,and determined H-FABP gene expression and meat quality traits.Then the polymorphism of H-FABP gene was analyzed and an associated analysis was conducted.The results are as follows:(1) H-FABP gene polymorphism has very significant effect on IMF(%) and marble(p〈0.05),IMF content and marbling score of Dd genotype were the highest,they were 2.358% and 1.919 respectively;(2) Cr had significant effect on intramuscular fat(IMF,%),marbling score and H-FABP gene expression(p〈0.05),increased 16.49%,19.19% and 52.94% compared with the control group respectively;(3) The interaction between gene and Cr nutriment had significant effect on IMF(%),IMF(%) of DD genotype in group 2 was 2.537%,increased 20.24% compared with that in group 1,increased range was the highest.These results suggested that dietary Cr addition may increase H-FABP gene expression level,IMF content and marble.These results suggested that both genetic and nutritional factors should be concerned in the improvement of pork quality.
