摘 要:为深入研究花生的物理机械特性及脱壳机理,以辽宁主栽花生品种花育23和四粒红为研究对象,对花生摩擦系数及动态疲劳进行测定,估算出单粒带壳花生在不同摩擦表面疲劳破坏时所需的能量。结果表明:花育23与四粒红在薄铁板、木板、橡胶板和铁筛网表面上的摩擦系数分别为0.356,0.536,0.775,0.798和0.348,0.527,0.669,0.689;花生的疲劳循环次数随着加载力的减小而增加,影响显著性明显次序为:铁筛网〉薄铁板〉木板〉橡胶板;单粒花生疲劳破坏时,用橡胶板、铁筛网、木板、薄铁板分别做脱壳表面时需要的能量分别为:407.4,70.83,95.76和126.72J。试验研究结果对花生脱壳设备的进一步设计提供了理论依据。In order to study physical-mechanical properties and shell mechanism,the main planted peanut varieties in Liaoning Province were adopted,and the friction factors and dynamic fatigue of peanuts were determined.The fatigue destroy required energies of single unshelled peanut with different friction surfaces were estimated.The experiment results showed that the friction coefficients of huayu 23 for thin iron plate,wood plate,rubber sheet and iron mesh as shelling surfaces were 0.356,0.536,0.775 and 0.798 respectively.For silihong,the friction coefficients were 0.348,0.527,0.669 and 0.689 respectively.With the decrease of loading force,the fatigued cycle indexes of peanuts increase.The sequence of significant influence is iron sieve〉sheet iron〉 plank〉rubber sheet.When a single peanut has fatigue damage,the required energy values for rubber sheet,iron mesh,wood plate and thin iron plate as shelling surfaces were 407.4,70.83,95.76,126.72J respectively.The research outputs provide theoretical evidence for further design of peanut shelling equipment.
