摘  要:目的探讨高频超声诊断兔模型动脉粥样硬化的价值。方法将实验兔随机分为两组,每组10只,对照组喂以标准兔饲料,造模组喂以含1%蛋氨酸饲料,并于造模前及造模后8周测定血清中Hcy和血脂,应用高频超声检测高同型半胱氨酸血症兔模型腹主动脉全程的内-中膜厚度(internal-media thickness,IMT)、斑块大小等,并与病理结果相对照。结果造模组8周后血清中Hcy明显高于对照组,而血脂水平无明显差异,高频超声检测造模组血管内-中膜明显增厚,粗糙不光整,但未见明显粥样斑块形成。病理亦可见内-中膜增厚、粗糙,内膜中断,肌层平滑肌细胞空泡变性等早期动脉粥样硬化表现。结论高频超声可以在粥样硬化斑块形成之前检测到血管内膜的改变,具有早期诊断动脉粥样硬化的价值。Objective To investigate the relation between homocysteine and the development of atherosclerosis to explore the experimental method of establishing the model rabbit with hyperhomocy steimemia and to evaluate the role of high resolution ultrasound.Methords All of rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.Control group were fed with standard diet and the model group with containing 1% methionine diet Before and after model establishment 8 weeks the Hcy and blood lipid were cheched and the high resolution ultrasound were performed to measure the internal-media thickness,the size of the stenosis and plaque of all the abdominal aorta wall respectively.The results of ultrasound were compared with the pathologic results.Results The Hcy of model group in blood were higher than that of the controls,but there were no significant differences in blood lipid.Resolution ultrasound could accurately measure IMT and monitor the change of IMT,but no obvious stenosis and plaque were found.These changes also could be confirmed by pathologic results.Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor of Atherosclerosis and ultrasound can detect the changes of vessel wall before the stenosis and plaque forming.
