开塞露解除小儿包皮环切术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨开塞露诱导排尿解除小儿包皮环切术后所致尿潴留的效果。[方法]72例小儿全身麻醉下行包皮环切术后尿潴留病人,随机分为观察组、对照组各36例,观察组患儿采用开塞露纳肛诱导排尿,而对照组采用听流水声、腹部热敷、腹部按摩等方法诱导病人排尿,通过比较病人排尿情况,了解诱导排尿的效果。[结果]观察组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率72.2%,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]开塞露能有效诱导排尿,解除小儿包皮环切术后尿潴留。Objective：To probe into the effect of glycerol enema induced urination to relieve urine retention for children after undergoing circumcision.Methods：A total of 72 children who suffered from urine retention after undergoing circumcision under general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group 36 cases each.Patients of observation group accepted injection of glycerol enema into anus to induce urination. Patients of control group were induced urination through listening to the voice of flowing water,hot compress and abdomen massage.Urination situations of all cases were compared and the effect of different methods of inducing urintion were observed.Results：The effective rate in observation group patients was 100% and 72.2% in control group. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）. Conclusion：Glycerol enema can induce urination effectively. And it can relieve the postoperative urine retention of children undergoing circumcision.
