摘  要:研究了热老化对有机硅基耐热型红外低发射率涂层发射率性能的影响,并对涂层的表面粗糙度、表面结构和电导率变化进行了系统的研究。结果表明,在热老化后,随着表面结构改变,粗糙度增加,电导率减小,涂层的发射率显著升高。SEM和XRD表征结果显示,热老化后涂层中会产生Al粉的高温热氧化和有机硅树脂的热分解。随着热老化温度的上升,有机硅树脂热分解,Al粉高温热氧化,引起表面结构改变,粗糙度上升,电导率下降,导致涂层发射率显著升高。The emissivity property of silicone based low infrared emissivity coatings was studied during the thermal ageing.The influence of roughness,surface structures and electrical conductivity on infrared emissivity was systematically investigated.The results of experimental investigation indicate that the infrared emissivity changes with roughness,surface structure and conductivity during thermal ageing.This effect was explained by thermal oxidation of Al particles and polysiloxane degradation in the composite coatings and confirmed by SEM and XRD.Due to the degradation of polysiloxane and oxidation of Al particles,roughness increases,surface structure changes and conductivity reduces obviously with increasing temperature,which leads to emissivity increased significantly.
