埋弧焊钢管的制造监督检验

摘　　要：按照国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的TSG D7001—2005《压力管道元件制造监督检验规则(埋弧焊钢管与聚乙烯管)》和TSG D2001—2006《压力管道元件制造许可规则》的要求,压力管道(无缝钢管和焊接钢管)的生产企业必须取得特种设备制造许可证。简要分析了目前我国埋弧焊钢管制造企业特种设备制造许可证的取证现状及存在问题,提出了应对措施。指出了埋弧焊钢管制造监督检验工作的重点。According to requirements of TSG D7001—2005 Manufacture,Supervision and Inspection Specification of Pressure Pipeline Component（SAW pipe and polythene pipe） and TSG D2001—2006 Licensing Rules for Manufacturing Pressure Pipeline Component issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the People＇s Republic of China,the manufacturers must get special equipment manufacturing license.This article briefly analyzed current status and existed problems of getting license for China SAW pipe manufacturing enterprises,put forward countermeasures,pointed out key point of manufacturing,supervising and inspecting SAW pipe.
