摘　　要：《临证指南医案》是一部记录清代医家叶天士临床经验的医案专著,充分反映叶天士融会古今、独创新说的学术特点。从《临证指南医案》复脉汤的应用,探讨其对仲景思想的继承和发挥。The Linzheng Zhinan Yi＇an（medical case record of the clinical treatment） was a medical record monograph recorded the clinical experience of YE Tian-shi in Qing dynasty.It reflected his academic characteristics of mixing ancient and current knowledge together and creating some new theory.The inherit and expending of Zhong-jing thoughts were explored from the application of Fumai decoction in the medical case record of the clinical treatment.
