痹祺胶囊对大鼠膝骨关节炎软骨组织影响的病理形态观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察痹祺胶囊对大鼠膝骨关节炎软骨组织的影响。[方法]选Wistar大鼠,木瓜蛋白酶膝关节注射造模,痹祺胶囊灌胃治疗6周,观察大鼠膝关节软骨组织的病理学变化。[结果]用痹祺胶囊治疗的模鼠膝关节软骨组织在水肿、变性、簇聚和坏死方面均轻于模型组,3个给药组(1.296、0.648、0.324g/kg)的病理学总评分分别为41.5、13.5、19.0分,均低于模型组(57.5分)。其中软骨细胞的坏死例数占总例数的百分比分别为64%、30%、30%(模型组70%),病理学评分为12.5、6.5、3.5分(模型组29.0分),经秩和检验(K-S),0.648、0.324g/kg治疗组与模型组差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。[结论]结果表明痹祺胶囊对大鼠关节软骨组织的坏死具有一定的保护作用。[Objective] To observe the effect of Biqi Capsule on the cartilage histopathologic changes of knee joints in rats with osteoarthritic.[Methods] In Wistar rats,papain was injected into their knee joints to establish the animal model of Osteoarthritis.They were treated with Biqi Capsule（HDG 1.296 g/kg,MDG 0.648 g/kg,LDG 0.324 g/kg） through intragastric administration for six weeks.The cartilage histopathology of knee joint was observed in rat with osteoarthritis.[Results] The extent of edema,degeneration,cluster-like proliferation and necrosis of cartilaginous tissue in treated groups was smaller than those in model group.The accumulated pathology grades of the three treated groups was 41.5,13.5,19 scores respectively.They were lower than that of model groups,which was 57.5 score.The necrosis incidence of chondrocyte in treated groups was 64.%,30%,30% respectively,while it was 70% in model groups.The accumulated pathology grades of the three treated groups were 12.5,6.5,3.5 scores respectively,while it was 29 in the model group,By rank sum test,there was a significant deviation between treated groups（MDG 0.648 g/kg,LDG 0.324 g/kg） and model group（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Biqi Capsule has a protective effect against necrosis of cartilaginous tissue of knee in rats with osteoarthritis.
