降脂清肝颗粒干预脂肪肝家兔脂质代谢作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察降脂清肝颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝家兔脂质代谢的影响。[方法]饲喂家兔高脂高糖饲料诱发脂肪肝模型,用降脂清肝颗粒(8、4、2g/kg)治疗,以东宝甘泰作对照,治疗5周后取肝脏做病理检测,检测肝组织脂肪含量,血脂含量。[结果]降脂清肝颗粒可以减轻肝脏病理变化程度,降低肝指数,肝组织甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),血清TG、TC、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)。[结论]降脂清肝颗粒对家兔非酒精性脂肪肝有很好的治疗效果。[Objective] To observe the effect of Jiangzhi Qinggan Granules（JZQG） on lipid metabolism in rabbits with non-alcoholic fatty liver.[Methods] The fatty liver was established in rabbits by high-fat and high-sugar diet.These rabbits were treated with different dosage of JZQG（8,4,2g crude drug/kg）.The combined Methionine and Choline Bitartrate tablets were used as positive control medicine.The rabbits were killed at the end of the fifth week.Lipid in blood and liver were measured.Histological structure in liver tissue was also observed.[Results] JZQG could alleviate the hepatic pathologic changes,decrease the liver coefficient,TG and TC in liver,TG,TC and NEFA in blood.[Conclusion] JZQG can effectively treat non-alcoholic fatty liver in rabbits.
