摘 要:以垦农4号为材料,测定了R5期大豆不同群体单株和冠层的光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔导度,探讨了不同密度下大豆单株和群体的光合特性。结果表明:群体不同节位的光合速率低密度群体明显高于高密度群体;群体冠层光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔导度从冠层顶部至底部呈逐渐降低的趋势,低密度群体上下冠层差异较小,高密度群体上下冠层差异较大,冠层中上部蒸腾速率、气孔导度均与光合速率呈显著正相关。The experiment determined photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of single-leaf and canopy at R5 stage.Kennong 4(Glycine max L.) was selected as the experimental material.The objective of this study was to investigate photosynthetic characteristics of individual and population of soybean in different densities.The photosynthetic rate of different nodes in low density populations were higher than high density populations.The canopy photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stoma conductance of different soybean population gradually decreased from top to bottom canopy,the difference from top to bottom canopy was smaller at low density populations,and was larger at high density populations.There was positive correlation between photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stoma conductance in middle-upper layer of lanopy.
