不同产地六神曲对实验动物肠管运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同产地六神曲对实验动物肠运动功能的作用。方法取用四川、安徽和河南三个产地的六神曲,采用离体方法研究不同产地六神曲对大鼠回肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响以及阿托品对其作用的影响;采用整体方法研究不同产地六神曲对地芬诺酯导致胃肠动力障碍小鼠肠内容物推进的影响。结果离体实验结果表明,三个产地六神曲都能引起大鼠肠平滑肌的收缩作用增强(分别为P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.05),且该作用受阿托品影响;小鼠肠推进实验结果表明,与模型组比较,四川和安徽二个产地六神曲组对胃肠动力障碍小鼠肠内容物推进作用明显(P<0.01,P<0.05),河南产地六神曲作用不明显(P>0.05)。结论六神曲可增强大鼠离体回肠平滑肌的收缩和小鼠小肠推进作用,但不同产地六神曲的作用效应有所不同,受产地的影响。Objective To study the effect of different habitat Liushenqu on intestinal motor function.Methods The effects of different habitat Liushenqu alone or in combination with atropine on contractile activity of isolated ileal smooth muscles of rat were also observed;the effects of different habitat Liushenqu combined with diphenoxylate on intestinal content processing in mice of gastrointestinal motility disorder was studied in vivo.Results In vitro experiment showed that all different habitat Liushenqu could evoke rat ileal smooth muscles（P〈0.001,P〈0.01,P〈0.05）and this be affected by atropine.Compared with the model control group,two Liushenqu groups obviously augmented intestinal contents process（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.And the other decreased intestinal contents process（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Three different habitat Liushenqu groups enhanced the contractile activity of ileal smooth muscles in vitro,which was affected by M receptor blocker.Liushenqu pharmacodynamic action by the impact of habitat.
