摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔塞纱加欣母沛治疗产后出血的疗效。方法选择2004年1月~2009年5月121例产妇,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组52例常规给予包括按摩子宫、注射催产素、舌下含服、肛门给米索前列醇等治疗,治疗组69例在对照组的基础上用宫腔塞纱加欣母沛,比较两组产后出血情况。结果治疗组产后出血的治愈率,产后2h,24h平均出血量均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用宫腔填塞纱条加欣母沛止血治疗产后出血,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective The purpose investigation and discussion palace cavity stopper yarn Jiaxin mother is copious curative effect curing a postpartum hemorrhae′s.Methods Chooses 121examples lying-in women in January,2004 on May 31,2009 random being to contrast a group and to cure a group mark,collation group 52 examples routine gives including massaging a womb,injecting oxytocin,hypoglossis holds dose of Misuo front row alchol waits treat,69 examples curing a group use palace cavity to squeeze copious,parallel yarn Jiaxin mother two set of postpartum hemorrhages condition in on the basis contrasting a group.Results Cures set of the postpartum hemorrhage curative ratios,2 postpartum hs,24 average h bleeding amounts are without exception obvious less than contrast a group,have statistics meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Adopt the copious hemostasis of palace cavity filling yarn Jiaxin mother cures a postpartum hemorrhage,the curative effect is definite,is worth being extended
