摘 要:为了合理估算电容器噪声辐射水平,需要研究电容器外壳振动形式。通过对带电电容器外壳面采用密集网格测点的振动测试实验,得到以下电容器外壳振动的特性:电容器外壳各面的振动形式为缩涨振动;侧面振动相位一致,侧面振动相位与底面振动相位相差半个周期,也即侧面缩时底面涨;底面振动幅值远大于侧面振动幅值,侧面振动幅值基本一致。电容器噪声估算可以采用外壳面的平均振动幅值,电容器外壳面的噪声辐射比为1。In order to calculate reasonably audible noise radiation level of capacitors,vibration pattern on the capacitor's should be studied on.Vibration experiment on a capacitor's case with many intensive grid measurement points are done and following features of the case are obtained: The vibration pattern at each side surface of the capacitor's can is planar vibration.Vibration phase of side surfaces is identical and the difference between the phase of side surface and that of bottom surface is half cycle,namely,the side surface contracts while the bottom surface expends;The amplitude of vibration on the bottom surface is much higher than that on side surface.The amplitude of vibration on the side surface is basically identical.The average vibration amplitude of capacitor's case can be used to calculate audible noise level of capacitor and the radiation ratio is one.
