HIV感染者抗病毒治疗后健康状况的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨HIV感染者在接受抗病毒治疗后身体健康的改善情况及其影响因素。方法选择湖北省HIV感染率和AIDS患病率较高的襄樊和随州两市作为目标社区,采用问卷调查的形式,调查了84例目前正在接受抗病毒治疗的HIV感染者。结果抗病毒治疗后患者个人感觉明显改善居前三位的依次是食欲增强（64.3%）、更有活力（56.0%）、睡眠更好（56.0%）;患者身体状况的总体感觉在治疗前后有显著性差异（t=8.572,P=0.001）;对抗病毒治疗持续时间与健康状况总指标作相关性分析发现两者存在负线性相关（r=-0.51,P=0.037）,即随着抗病毒治疗持续时间的延长,患者健康状况总指标的得分降低。不同服药依从性得分的患者健康状况总指标的差异有统计学意义（F=2.375,P=0.036）。结论抗病毒治疗后,HIV感染者身体的总体健康状况得到显著改善,但治疗时间的延长限制了患者健康状况的进一步提高。Objective To explore the health status and related factors among people living with HIV after antiretroviral therapy.Methods Xiangfan and Suizhou were selected as target communities whose HIV infection and AIDS prevalence were relatively high.A total of 84 cases currently receiving antiretroviral therapy were investigated by the form of questionnaire.Results After antiretroviral therapy,the patients had significant improvement：increased appetite（64.3%）,more dynamic（56.0%）,better sleeping（56.0%）.After treatment,the overall status of patients was significantly better than before（t=8.572,P=0.001）.There was a negative linear correlation between the duration of antiretroviral therapy and the overall state of health（r=-0.51,P=0.037）.As the antiretroviral therapy continued,the scores of the overall state of health decreased.There was also significant statistical difference between different patients who had different scores in medication compliance（F=2.375,P=0.036）.Conclusions After antiretroviral therapy,the overall status of health had significantly improved among people living with HIV.However,the extension of treatment limited the further improvement of the patients
