摘  要:针对宝钢三期1580热轧、1420/1550冷轧及二炼钢连铸等工程中改进的钢管混凝土双肢柱单腹板肩梁,进行了4个轴压比为0.1,缩尺比为1∶3的单腹板肩梁模型试件的水平单调加载试验研究.对单腹板肩梁的试验现象进行了描述,分析了肩梁腹板的主应变分布规律,得到了肩梁试件的承载力和破坏模式,并将试验结果与现行的肩梁设计方法进行了比较,以期对这种肩梁形式的受力性能和设计方法有进一步的认识.Monotonic tests were carried out on improved single-web shoulder-beam specimens with double concrete-filled steel tube column used in the project of the third period of BaoSteel 1580 hot rolling mill,1420/1550 cold rolling mill,and second steel making mill to study their behaviors,which consist of four 1:3 scaled models under increased horizontal load with constant axial ratio of 0.1. Test phenomenon was described,and stress distribution in the web of the shoulder-beam analyzed. Based on the test results,the bearing capacity and failure mode were obtained and compared with the current design method of shoulder-beam,which may lead to further understanding about the characteristic of this kind of shoulder-beam.
