摘　　要：政务大厅是行政审批制度改革的产物。政务大厅管理模式,又称行政审批中心或行政审批服务中心。本文着重揭示完善我国行政审批制度的理论架构,探讨政务大厅发展的困境,提出完善我国政务大厅的对策构想。The Government Affairs Hall is the product of reforming administrative examination and approval system.The management pattern of Government Affairs Hall,also known as the administrative examination and approval center or the administrative examination and approval service center.This paper reveals the theoretical framework to perfect the system of administrative examination and approval,discusses the plight of the Government Affairs Hall in developping proposes the idea to improving the Government Affairs Hall of China.
