特殊人群荧光素眼底血管造影的不良反应及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄、糖尿病、高血压等特殊人群荧光素眼底血管造影（fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA）不良反应的临床特点,总结护理要点。方法回顾性分析767例荧光素眼底血管造影病例资料,将符合入组条件的621例患者分成高龄组、高血压病组、糖尿病组、高血压合并糖尿病组、正常组,对各组FFA的不良反应特点及临床护理要点进行总结。结果发生不良反应者共55例,多表现为轻度和中度不良反应,未出现重度不良反应,发生率为8.86%;其中高龄组、高血压病组、糖尿病组、高血压合并糖尿病组不良反应分别为0.97%、2.09%、2.25%及2.90%,高于正常组的0.65%。55例不良反应者经及时、有效处理后均完全恢复。结论特殊人群荧光素眼底血管造影的不良反应高于正常人,了解此类人群不良反应的特点,有助于护理人员及时发现、准确判断、及时处理,从而提高FFA的安全性及有效性。Objective To observe the clinic characteristics of adverse reactions of fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA） in the special patients with diabetes,hypertensive disease,so as to summarize the main nursing points of adverse reactions of FFA.Methods A retrospective review was conducted on all the data in 767 patients undergoing FFA.Totally 621 patients meeting the study standard were divided into older age group,hypertensive group,diabetes group,hypertensive disease combined with diabetes group and normal group.The clinic characteristics of adverse reactions and the main nursing points were summarized.Results Fifty-five adverse reactions were recorded and the incidence was 8.86%.Mild and moderate adverse reactions occurred in most patients and no serious adverse reactions were recorded.The incidence rates of older age-group,hypertensive group,diabetes group,hypertensive disease combined with diabetes group were 0.97%,2.09%,2.25%,2.90%,respectively,which were higher than that（0.65%） of normal group.All the fifty-five adverse reactions were recovered following an effective management in time.Conclusion The incidence of adverse reactions of FFA in the special patients were higher than normal group.Understanding the clinical characteristics of adverse reactions in special patients will help nurses accurately detect,determine and manage them in time,thereby enhancing the safety and effectiveness of FFA.
