摘 要:上海世博会参与人数多、社会反响大,一般具有人群密集性、人群不可预测性和人群分布不均匀性等特征,游客参观过程中长时间排队与拥挤问题突出。为此,本文引入了帕累托最优概念,设计了世博会游客参观协调控制系统,提出了游客参观的动态协调方法,该方法基于游客参观满意度下的择优选择机制,为游客实时动态的选择下一参观目标点及路线。以上海世博会为背景对协调方法进行了计算机仿真检验,仿真结果表明协调方法能够在满足应用上实时性要求的基础上,减少游客的平均排队时间,改善平均行走时间,得到优于其它方法的社会福利,而且游客节点间平均参观时间相差越大,该方法的优势越明显。Shanghai World Expo have attracted a large number of participants and evoked a strong social repercussion.The crowd's characteristics of World Expo are intensive,unpredictable and unevenly distributed is liable to long time queuing and congestion.In order to solve these problems,by introducing the concept of Pareto Optimality,a visitor's coordination and control system is designed and a visitor's dynamic coordination method used in the system is also proposed. This method selects next visiting node and road in real time and dynamically for visitors based on preferential selection mechanism to Visitor Satisfaction.The coordination method is tested by computer simulation under the background of Shanghai World Expo and the simulation results indicate that this method can better reduce visitors' average wait time,improve visitors' average moving time and ensure better social welfare than other methods while meeting the real-time requirement.Moreover,the greater the difference of visitors' average visiting time to exhibition nodes,the more obvious advantages this method has.
