摘　　要：从学生教育管理的角度来探索实施创新教育。提出：合理配置教育资源,实现教育过程的整体优化,达到学生创新精神和创新能力有效提高;通过观念创新解决思想理念问题;通过机制创新解决制度保障问题;通过创建学习型组织,解决学习创新问题;通过创新性人才培养活动,为创新能力提高提供实践载体。This paper explores innovative education from the perspective of students＇ education management.Education resources should be reasonably distributed to realize the overall optimization of the education process and effective improvement of students＇ innovate spirit and ability.Ideological problems should be solved through idea innovation,system guarantee should be solved through mechanism innovation and learning innovation should be solved through creation of learning-oriented organization.Activities of cultivating innovative talents should offer practical reference for the improvement of innovative ability.
