摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访问法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对中国空手道协会注册的79名裁判员,2007-2009年国内比赛的裁判员执裁,国内组织的8次裁判员培训班的状况进行调查。得出：我国空手道裁判员数量不多,业务水平亟需提高,地区发展不均衡。建议以科学发展观为指导,扩大对外交流,形成独特的管理体系,使裁判员业务水平快速提高,由此带动运动员技战术水平。Literature review,expert interview,mathematic statistics and logical analysis are employed in this paper to survey 79 certified referees of Chinese Karate Association,the judge of referees in domestic matches between 2007 and 2009 and the status of 8 domestically-organized training classes for referees.Results show： at present the number of Chinese karate referees is small;their professional competency needs to be improved and there exists regional uneven development.It is suggested that foreign exchange should be broadened and unique management system should be formed under the guidance of the scientific development outlook to quickly improve the professional competency of referees and enhance the technical and tactical level of athletes.
