摘 要:采用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统测定了黑龙江省西部半干旱区18个主要造林树种(盆栽模拟试验)主要光合参数、水分利用效率(WUE)及羧化效率(Pn/Ci),同时进行了不同树种之间相应参数值的比较及各参数之间的相关性分析,结果表明:灌木中紫丁香、锦鸡儿、山杏为WUE较高、蒸腾速率(Tr)较低,相对为节水、抗旱树种,大果沙棘与枸杞为WUE较低、Tr较高,为相对耗水较大树种;阔叶乔木中DN113杨、青山杨属较高Tr、较高Pn、较高WUE的树种,小黑2000、109柳属于较低Tr、较低Pn、较低WUE的树种,银中杨、349柳属较低Tr、较高Pn、较高WUE树种,中黑防、山新杨属于较高Tr、较低Pr、较低WUE树种;针叶树中红皮云杉属较高Pn、较低Tr、较高WUE的树种,长白落叶松属于较低Pn、较低Tr、较低WUE的树种,而樟子松、长白松相对属较高Tr、较高WUE的树种。相关性分析结果表明,WUE与Pn、Ci、Pn/Ci相关性显著,与Tr、Cond相关性较小,没有达到显著性水平,Pn与各测定参数之间相关性均达到了显著或极显著性水平,Tr与Cond及Pn/Ci相关性显著,与Ci相关性没有达到显著性水平。测定结果在一定程度上揭示了这些树种在生产中的适应性及现实表现状况的生理生态特征。The main photosynthetic factors,water use efficiency(WUE) carboxylation efficiency(Pn/Ci) of 18 major tree species(pot simulation test) were determined in semi-arid areas in western Heilongjiang province by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system.Comparison of corresponding parameter values the correlation analysis among each parameter among different species were conducted.Result shows that Lilac,Caragana,apricot in the shrubs are relatively water-saving drought-resistant tree species with higher WUE lower Tr;large berry cultivars of seabuckthorn the wolfberry are relative water-wasting trees with lower WUE higher Tr;DN113 Yang Populus pseudo-cathayana ×P.deltoides in the broad-leaved trees are species with higher Tr,Pn WUE;P.simonii×nigra 2000,Salix× chuibao109 are species with lower Tr,Pn WUE;Populus alba×P.berolinensis,349 willow are species with lower Tr,higher Pn WUE;P.davidiana×P.bolleana,P.deltoides×P.cathayana,Salix are species with higher Tr,lower Pn WUE.Picea koraiensis in the conifers is species with higher Pn,lower Tr higher WUE;the olgensis belongs to species with lower Pn,lower Tr lower WUE,while Pinus sylvestris the Larix olgensis are relatively species with higher Tr WUE.Correlation analysis shows that WUE is significant correlation with Pn,Ci,Pn/Ci and less relevance with Tr,Cond(no statistically significant level);the correlation among Pn and parameters reach significant or highly significant level;the correlation among Tr and Cond,Pn/Ci is significant and no significant correlation exists between Tr and Ci.Result reveals the adaptabilities and physiological and ecological characters of these tree species in production.
