摘  要:随着新疆某油田的不断开发,其集气系统的流量计出现了较大的误差,为了帮助确定流量计的正确量程,在建立管道模拟模型的基础上,通过准确测量管道两端的压力和温度参数,利用管道数值模拟技术对管道的工艺参数进行数值模拟计算,得到了管道的流量值,并据此进行了流量计的选型,实际应用表明该方法是方便可行的。With the development of one oilfield in Xinjiang,the production of associated gas becomes higher and higher,but the flowmeter's meterage error in gas system was getting worse.The range of some flowmeters was under the value showed on its display screen.To make sure of the right range,the exact pressure and temperature values on the ends of one pipeline were tested,and the gas components were analyzed.Then based on the model building of pipeline simulation,the values of pipeline flow rate were obtained after calculating the process parameters by use of pipeline numerical simulation technology.According to that,the range of flowmeter was checked.The practical application in the oilfield shows that the method was convenient and feasible.
