摘 要:以广东茂名水洗高岭土为原料,采用XRD分析了煅烧温度、恒温时间对其晶态结构的影响,并考察了煅烧产品的白度、吸油量在煅烧过程中的变化规律。结果表明,随着煅烧温度的提高,水洗高岭土由晶态变成了无定形的偏高岭石,然后重新结晶转化成莫来石;在450~1050℃的温度范围内,随着煅烧温度的升高,白度升高,吸油量先增大后减小;在750~950℃的温度范围,白度最高为86.27%ISO,吸油量最高为83.8mL/l00g;在750℃下恒温,随着恒温时间的延长,白度先大幅度增加,50m in后增加趋势变小,吸油量无明显变化。In this paper, the structure of Maoming kaolin calcined at different temperature and the holding time was examined by X - ray diffraction(XRD). Variations of brightness and oil absorbed value during its calcinations were also studied. The results showed that Maoming kaolin transformed from crystal kaolinite to amorphous metakaolinite first and later to mullite by recrystallization with the temperature rising . The brightness kept increasing at 450 - 1050℃ , and the oil absorbed value increased at beginning and later fell down with the temperature rising. The brightness was 86.27% and the highest oil absorbed value was 83.8mL/100g at 750 - 950℃. At 750℃ , the brightness rose significantly at first and later slowly after 50min, and the oil absorbed value had no significant change with extending the holding time.
