摘　　要：本文以大量现场实验数据为依据,着重分析影响碎浆机能耗的因素,设计出一种碎浆机的选型方法,并通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。该方法简单,易操作,能有效降低生产能耗,减少生产成本,推广性强。Based on data from a large number of site experiments, this paper focuses on the analysis of the affecting factors of pulper＇s energy consumption, designs for a method to select pulper model, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example . The method is simple and easy to operate, can effectively reduce energy consumption, and production costs, and have a good application.
