摘　　要：介绍了斜管式、卧式2种预脱水器的结构特点,并采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件fluent模拟了两种预脱水器内部三维流场。模拟结果表明,相同条件下斜管式预脱水器比卧式预脱水器有更好的分离效率,可为斜管式预脱水器在高含水油田的推广应用提供一定的理论根据。The structure of inclined pipe and horizontal free water pre-separator was introduced.Internal flow field of the two separators by computational fluid dynamics（CFD） were simulated.The result shows that inclined pipe free water separator has better separation efficiency than that of the horizontal under the same conditions,so as to provide the theoretical basis of the inclined pipe free water separator application in higher percentage of moisture oilfield.
