摘 要:我国经济型连锁酒店正处在高速发展阶段,本文以锦江之星为例,探讨我国经济型连锁酒店的空间扩张行为。从品牌创新、扩张模式及地域范围角度,将锦江之星的空间扩张过程划分为:单品牌、单模式区内扩张经营,单品牌、多模式跨区域扩张,多品牌、多模式跨区域扩张,多样化跨区域扩张四个阶段;进而分析锦江之星空间扩张规律,认为其空间扩张以等级扩散为主,伴有接触扩散。最后得出锦江之星空间扩张的一些启示,以期为我国经济型连锁酒店的空间扩张和健康运营提供有益的借鉴。China' s Economical Hotel Chains are in the rapid stage of development, this paper, Jinjiang- zhixing as an example, studies the current space situation of China' s Economical Hotel Chains. From the brand innovation, expansion mode and geographical area, the Jinjiangzhixing' spatial expansion process is divided into four stages : single brand, single - mode inner - regional expansion ; single - brand, multi - mode inter - regional expansion ; multi - brand, multi - mode inter - regional expansion; diversifica- tion of inter - regional expansion ; The paper further analyses the law of Jinjiang spatial expansion and finds that the expansion of its space is based on grade- proliferation, accompanied by the contact -pro- liferation. Finally the paper draws some spatial expansion revelation to provide benefical reference for the developing China' s Economical Hotel Chains.
