广西5县区基本消灭疟疾达标考核结果评价

摘　　要：目的考核和评价广西最后5县（区）是否达到国家基本消灭疟疾的标准。方法按照国家基本消灭疟疾标准和考核方法，对环江、乐业、大化、钦南和钦北5县（区）进行现场考核和资料审核。结果环江县2004～2005年疟疾发病率为0．05／万、0．03／万，2006-2008年发病率为0；乐业县2004年疟疾发病率为0．26／万，2005～2008年发病率为0；大化、钦南和钦北疟疾发病率连续5a为0。在5县（区）15个乡（镇）103个点，抽检当地居民和学生7800人，未检出疟原虫阳性者。免疫荧光抗体技术（IFA）检测滤纸血样7806份，抗体阳性率为0．026％。结论5县（区）疟疾发病率连续5a控制在1／万以下，达到国家基本消灭疟疾标准。应继续加强疟疾监测和防治。Objective To examine and evaluate the status of malaria basically elimination in last 5 counties of Guangxi from 2004 to 2008. Methods In accordance with national criteria for malaria basically elimination, the malaria parasite and antibody of local residents and students in Huanjiang, Leye, Dahua ,Qinnan and Qinbei counties were investigate. The data of malaria control was checked and analyzed also. Results The incidence of malaria in Huanjiang county were 0.05/10 000 and 0.03/10 000 from 2004 to 2005, 0/10 000 from 2006 to 2008.The incidence of malaria was 0.26/10 000 in 2004, 0/10 000 from 2005to 2008 in Leye county. The incidence was zero in Dahua, Qinnan and Qinbei counties for 5 years. 7800 slides of residents and students was examine, no malaria parasite was found. The positive rate of IFA was 0.026%. Conclusions The malaria incidence was controlled below one per ten thousand for 5 years and have achieved the national criteria of malaria basically elimination in 5 counties. But the malaria monitoring and case management in this area should be continuing strengthens.
