摘　　要：针对河北省南部电网运行现状,基于自动电压控制的电网无功电压分级分布式优化控制,提出了在线自适应软分区的理论和算法,通过采用各级电压控制在空间上分解协调的模式,使AVC系统得到较行政分区更为合理的分区结果,使全网的实时无功功率得到合理控制、降低了网损。This paper advances the theory and arithmetic of online self-adaptive partition algorithm on the basis of operation status of Hebei Southern Power Grid,and including the decompound concerted mode during vary level voltage,to get more reasonable partition result of AVC system,and to lead to reasonable control for online reactive power of the whole network and less network losing.
