摘  要:利用液相反应法成功制备了马来松香/CaO有机无机杂化材料。通过正交试验法对制备工艺进行探讨,研究各工艺参数对产率的影响。结果表明:温度338K、反应时间30min、Ca(NO3)2的初始浓度0.215mol/L时产率最高。采用傅立叶红外光谱、带能谱仪(EDAX)的扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等技术对杂化材料进行了分析和表征。结果表明,利用该方法制得的马来松香/CaO杂化材料属于晶态化合物,产物中的—COO-与Ca2+发生了化学键合;马来松香钠和Ca(NO3)2物质的量之比影响马来松香/CaO杂化材料的纯度,制备纯的马来松香/CaO杂化材料,马来松香钠和Ca(NO3)2物质的量之比应该控制在1∶1.2~1∶1.5之间。The maleated rosin/CaO hybrid material was synthesized by liquid-phase method.The process conditions were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the condition for the optimum yield was as follows: temperature 338 K, reaction time 30 min, Ca(NO3)2 initial concentration 0.215 mol/L. Maleated rosin/CaO hybrid material was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis(EDAX) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results reveal that the obtained maleated rosin/CaO is crystalline compound, and chemical bonding occurs between —COO-and Ca2+. The purity of the maleated rosin/CaO hybrid material was affected by the amount ratio of sodium maleated rosinate to Ca(NO3)2, which should be controlled between 1∶1.2 to 1∶1.5.
