龙滩库区数字航道建设探析

摘　　要：中通道龙滩库区具有较大的物流潜力,在提高航道等级的同时,提高与此相适应的水上交通管理水平,建设数字航道,是充分发挥通道作用的基础,并对推进珠江上游的水运发展具有重要作用。文中就水上交通管理智能化平台数字航道建设进行了探析,提出了龙滩库区水上交通管理智能化数字航道的建设目标,并对系统通信平台、船用终端功能和其他系统关键问题进行了论述。Longtan channel area has a large potential in water carriage.While improving the channel level ,improving the relevant marine traffic management level and building digital channel will be the basis of fully exerting the role of channel.It possesses an important effect to promoting the transpor-tation capability development of the Zhu River.This article discussed building digital platform of intelligent water traffic management,proposed its construction goals in Longtan region,and then discussed the system communication platform,marine terminal function and other pivotal problems.
