摘 要:火山岩油藏由于岩性坚硬、致密、裂缝分布范围小且复杂,因而沟通性差,开发程度低。以牛东火山岩油藏为背景,研究形成了火山岩油藏压裂技术。该技术以低排量,控制缝高、连续段塞加砂以及高砂比等技术相结合,实现深穿透、造有效长缝,克服了火山岩油藏压裂的技术难点。并采用胶囊和APS双元破胶技术,解决了压裂液在40℃以下破胶慢的难题,1 h完全破胶,破胶液粘度小于3 mPa·s。通过现场应用效果,证实该技术适用于低温火山岩油藏的压裂施工作业,增油效果显著。Volcanic rock is hard and tight.The distribution of its fracture is limited and complicated,which leads to its poor communication capacity and low development level. Based on the study of Niudong volcanic rock reservoir,fracturing technology for volcanic rock reservoir has been researched and developed.Low inject with capacity technology, fracture height control technology,continuous slug sand-adding technology and high sand-fluid ratio technology are combined together to achieve deep penetration and effective long fracture.The technical difficulty of fracturing for valcanic rock,reservoir has been solved. Capsule and APS dual gel breaking tehcnology are used to tackle the slow breaking of fracturing fluid at tempreture below 40℃.The fluid can be broken within 1 hour and the viscosity is less than 3 mPa·s.Field applications have proved the technology is applicable for fracturing operation in low temperature volcanic rock reservoir and the oil increment is remarkable.
