大排量隔膜泵在气井加药中的效果分析

摘　　要：结合榆林气田加药现状,介绍了2JM-TB2×200/32型高压液压隔膜式计量泵的结构及工作原理,通过实践发现,高压液压隔膜式计量泵有效提高了加药泵的加注效率,缩短单口气井加药加注时间,降低气井堵塞次数,减少解堵出车次数,具有良好的经济效益。Considering the dosing situation of Yulin gas field,the thesis introduced the structure and working principle of 2JM -TB2 X200/32 type high -pressure hydraulic diaphragm metering pump.Through practice,we found that high -pressure hydraulic diaphragm metering pump effectively enhance the dosing efficiency,reduce the single -tone well dosing time,reduce the probability of gas well plugging,reducing the number of deluging out of vehicles.So it has good economic benefits.
