摘 要:榆林气田南区低产气井较多,携液能力较差,凝析水在举升过程中由于滑脱效应逐渐在井筒里及井底近区积聚,积液现象普遍存在,严重影响气井正常生产。泡沫排水采气是解决"气井积液"的有效方法之一,但泡沫排水采气的关键在于起泡剂的性能,地层水矿化度、凝析油含量、地层温度、H_2S含量等条件的不同对起泡剂性能的要求也不同。主要通过对HY-5型泡排棒进行室内评价和现场试验,分析泡排效果,确定该泡排棒适合加注的气井及加注时机,有效提高气井泡排效率。Yulin gas field in southern district,more low-yield wells,the ability to carry less liquid,condensate water in the lifting effect of the gradual process of detachment in the shaft due to lane and the near bottom accumulation of fluid is widespread,seriously affected the normal production wells.Foam drainage gas is the solution"gas effusion,"one of effective methods,but foam drainage is the key to the performance of frother,formation water salinity, condensate oil content,formation temperature,H_2S concentration and other conditions of the different pairs of the performance of frother requirements are also different.In this paper,by HY-5-type foaming stick laboratory evaluation and field testing,analysis of Foam drainage results to determine the foaming stick suitable for filling the wells and the filling time to effectively improve the efficiency of single-well foam drainage gas.
